Virtual Wifi Hotspot for Windows 7 & 8

Guys even i cannot to the virtual wifi hotspot even after following the steps properly. Please recommend on what to do.

I use nokia lumia 610 to connect through virtual router, i have a problem that the web pages are opening properly in my phone but i am unable to download the applications and games to my phone from marketplace, the download starts and get disconnected it says ( attention required) and there is problem too for installing the applications which i download continuously resuming the download.
Anyone has idea what is wrong with my hotspot?? I turned off windows firewall and antivirus too as i had thought they are blocking the traffic but my problem is as it was before. Thanks, hope for help :).

I installed virtual Router Plus. I created my wifi hotspot, now i connect wifi through another device it gets connected but doesn't able to open any webpage. I use win8 32bit laptop. Please Help!

i think you should switch on your wifi button.

Greetings!
This newby HAS tried to solve the problem but nothing has helped.
In Windows7, I seem to need a way to I.D. the units on the Network but am missing something simple here I'm sure.
Here is the failure message:
" A device attached to the system is not functioning"

I have hardwire attached a tablet to the main unit, A Samsung R780 Notebook and RJ45 connected another Asus PC to a Netcomm NB9WMAXXn Wireless capable router, to which the Samsung is also connected.
Neither the Tablet or the ASUS show up as Network components.
